We offer Free Shipping on all orders, whether you choose Prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Our outfits are thoughtfully crafted and finished with attention to detail. Please allow 8–12 working days for dispatch, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location and the courier partner. Tracking details will be shared with you once your order is shipped.
Please note that dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by production, quality checks, vendor-related delays, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Both Prepaid and COD orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, contact us at support@rangdhara.com or reach out to our customer support team during Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM.
For prepaid orders, cancellations requested within the permitted cancellation period will be subject to a 2–3% deduction from the order value towards non-refundable payment gateway and transaction charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
COD orders can be cancelled within the permitted cancellation period without any cancellation charge.
Due to the nature of our products and the processes involved in preparing each order, the communicated dispatch and delivery timelines are indicative and may occasionally vary.
Rangdhara India will make reasonable efforts to fulfil and dispatch orders within the communicated timelines. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Rangdhara India shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising solely from delays caused by production, quality control, vendors, logistics providers, weather, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Yes. You can request a size exchange within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn and has all original tags and packaging.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, fit or preference. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours.
